I'm with you Heidi, Manu is such a bright spot, and I love the reminder too. Especially something like I read from her when she spoke about a pet project thwarted. Manu's response was they(the group) shrugged, moved on, and said "2,000 year plan". I loved that reminder that long term life is what culture is about. And, a 5-year plan? Just the beginning.
